How It Works

Ready to recover?

Send your drive today. We recover your files, and you only pay when we recover your data.

Pack your drive securely and send it to us. We’ll confirm it’s arrived, keep you updated and handle your files with complete confidentiality.

Send us your drive, let us recover your files, and pay only when we succeed.

We assess your drive free of charge, then carefully recover what we can. You’ll receive a clear update before any recovery work goes ahead.

No data, no money. Once your recovered files are ready, choose secure delivery, then get your important photos, videos and documents back.

Simple steps from sending your drive to getting files back.
